London city center in 4 hours

We are starting our journey to Morocco on Sunday 18th May 2014 early morning. At 6 AM (CEST) our flight leaves Prague airport and in 2 hr (7:00 GMT) we are landing at London Luton airport.

While we are waiting for our baggage, we decided not to wait 8 hr for connecting flight at Luton airport, instead we took a Arriva green line 757 bus (£7.50 per person one way) to London center.

It was about 9 o'clock and we are leaving bus at Victoria station. We wish to see everything, we can - Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye, St. Paul's cathedral, Tower bridge, Tower,... but we have just 4hr for this trip. We have to return back to Luton airport until 3pm to catch our flight to Morocco.
It was a beautiful weather, full of sun shine and temperatures around 25deg.

Troubles on the way :)
We are planning use the green/yellow subway line to return back at Victoria station, but the green/yellow subway lines were closed this week. We have to use bus no. 15 and then no. 11. This line looks like sightseeing tour rather than public transport. The bus stops are very frequent and traffic jam increase travel time for more than 50 minutes.
We are late, the bus to the airport is away.  Probably, there will be no holidays in Morocco, maybe we should spend it in England, comes to my mind. But in a few seconds our situation has been completely changed, again. Our bus is standing in traffic jam on the road's opposite side. Monika stops the bus with the words "...you don't leave without us..." and the bus driver open the doors and take us on board.
Africa adventure has been started.
